Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and CHEN Guan Huai("we"), the operator of Rostely.

1. The service

Rostely helps small businesses find US federal contracts that are coming up for recompete, using public records from USAspending.gov and SAM.gov. It is provided as-is, without a guarantee of completeness, accuracy, fitness for bid or award decisions, or uninterrupted availability. Period-of-performance dates change when agencies exercise options or modify contracts; always confirm on the source record before acting.

2. Public sources

Contract fields originate from USAspending.gov (which republishes FPDS data); notice and duty contact fields originate from SAM.gov. Those sources remain the systems of record. If a source is wrong, corrected, or withdrawn, the catalog may lag until the next daily ingest.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Rostely to build an autodialer, SMS list, harvested marketing dump, private investor list, or investment recommendation. Follow CAN-SPAM if you email a duty address, and do not use listed phone numbers for TCPA-covered calling or texting. Do not attempt to scrape, overload, or bypass rate limits on this site or upstream APIs through this service.

4. Accounts

Accounts use a one-time email sign-in link. One person per account; do not share sign-in links. You are responsible for how you contact government personnel and other businesses.

5. Pro subscriptions and billing

Pro is billed monthly ($39 / mo) or yearly ($390 / yr) in US dollars, plus any applicable tax, and renews automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the merchant of record for all orders and handles payment, tax, invoices and customer service inquiries about payment under its buyer terms.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed afterwards. Every payment is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked — see the refund policy.
